Vegetarian In Boston
Maynard S. Clark's Veggie and Boston Blog talks about vegetarian topics AND Boston-related topics, often intersecting them interestingly.
Maynard S. Clark is a long-time and well-known vegan in Greater Boston, who often quips in his 'elevator pitch':
"I've been vegan now for over half my natural life, longer than most human earthlings have been alive."

Thinking with Maynard Clark
"Let me be candid: By and large, meat-eaters are a self-righteous bunch." Karen Dawn, DawnWatch
Maynard, I did not write that. It was written by Gary Steiner in a New York Times op-ed. I commented on DawnWatch that it worried me and that "I don't imagine much good is likely to come for the animals from its expression in print." The purpose of my activism is to bring people onboard, and a line like that only alienates. Please attribute it correctly to Gary Steiner, not to me.
